Vermont’s 2025 Appointment Renewal Cycle—Dates, Fees & Key Actions
Vermont’s annual appointment renewal window is almost here, and insurance companies must act quickly to remain compliant. From June 3 to June 30, 2025, entities must review their appointment rosters, process terminations, and complete payments within the designated timeline.
Critical Dates You Can’t Miss
Renewal invoices become accessible on June 3, 2025, with the final submission cutoff on June 30, 2025. All termination requests must be filed no later than May 31, 2025, or they’ll be excluded from this year’s invoice. Updates to appointment statuses will appear in the Producer Database (PDB) with an effective date of June 1, 2026. Standard appointment tools and PDB alerts will continue functioning throughout the cycle. Full renewal instructions: Vermont Appointment Renewal | NIPR
